The event took place on February 03, 2018 at The Cultural Village.

As this is the beginning of the Sports term for schools, the students contested based on their respective House allocation. Ms. Kayla Mendonca and Mr. Jamaul Mc Donald represented Red House. Ms. Maisha Vanterpool and Mr. Antwon Percival represented Gold House, while Ms. Shaquanna Jones and Mr. Deandre Lewis represented Green House.

Ms. Shaquanna Jones and Mr. Deandre Lewis, who won the title Mr. and Miss EPPS, were also adjudged the winners of the Performing Talent and Professional Wear segments, while, Ms. Maisha Vanterpool and Mr. Antwon Percival were adjudged Best Sportswear.

Each pair was required to showcase a sportswear, their talent, and a Professional Wear. Red House’s couple depicted football players as the sportswear of their choice, while Green and Gold portrayed Athletics and Cricket respectively.

During the talent segment, a comedic dramatization by Red House highlighted the journey of the school at its previous location in Brown Pasture to the edifice it now occupies. Green House’s contestants performed a dance routine to Katy Perry’s “Roar.” Green House rendered their remixed version of Chronixx’s “Do it for the Love.”

Ms. Kayla Mendonca and Mr. Jamaul Mc Donald depicted the occupations of an air hostess and pilot, while Ms. Maisha Vanterpool and Mr. Antwon Percival depicted legislative professions of a judge and attorney-at-law. Meantime, Ms. Shaquanna Jones and Mr. Deandre expressed their hopes of becoming a nurse and doctor.
